Biomass Industry

This sector uses as its first material tree biomasses, herbaceous, tree fruits, non-woody stem plants or seeds, to transform them into pellets, briquettes, chips and wood firewood to be used as fuel.

For classification according to size, the use of sieves is a prerequisite. The different forms of supply of these biofuels: chips, fuel dust, sawdust, shavings, briquettes or pellets, refer to their size and presentation.

• Certified screens of 200mm. Ø and 400mm. Ø, for tests according to standards ISO17225-1, ISO17827-1, ISO17827-2, EN15149-1, EN15149-2, EN17225,  ASTM E-1126, manufactured with both wire mesh and round perforated plates.
• Sieve calibration service.
• Test sieve shakers for 400mm sieves. Ø for pellets, with programmable movement that imitates manual sieving. This flexibility in programming allows to find the optimal stirring mode for each type of sample.
