FOOD INDUSTRY<\/h1>\n

In the food industry, quality requirements mean that the use of sieves is very extensive: determining and controlling the exact size of the grain in a large number of products is essential to ensure uniformity in their texture.<\/p>\n

Exact control of the size of coffee beans, both in grains and ground, of flours, sugars, cocoa and spice powders, is our speciality in this field.<\/p>\n

We have a wide range of analytical sieves and sieve shakers covering the entire spectrum of openings and methods for particle size testing<\/p>\n

For laboratory tests, we recommend the range of sieves from 60 mm \u00d8, ideal for small samples, up to 200mm.\u00d8.<\/p>\n

For flour classification we also manufacture sieves with nylon or polyester mesh.<\/p>\n

In our production range we also have process vibro-separators up to a diameter of 800 mm. \u00d8 which satisfy the need for safety screening of bulk goods.<\/p>\n

Service of re-meshing of industrial sieves, up to 2000mm \u00d8, meshes in AISI-316 and use of adhesives according to FDA.<\/p>\n
